Careers
Rawnsley Park Station isn't just a workplace - it's an opportunity to be a part of proud family tradition in one of Australia's most breathtaking locations - the Flinders Ranges.
Since welcoming our first paying guests in 1968, when founders Clem and Alison Smith offered simple accommodation and sheep-shearing demonstrations, Rawnsley Park Station has grown into a world-class tourism destination. Today, under the stewardship of their son - Tony and his wife Julie - we continue to honour that vision with award-winning touring experiences, a variety of accommodation options to suit every traveller - from camping under the stars to luxurious eco-villas overlooking Wilpena Pound to the iconic Woolshed Restaurant where diners enjoy a seasonal menu that highlights the Station's own lamb and locally sourced produce in an authentic Australian woolshed.
At Rawnsley Park Station, we believe in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests while celebrating the beauty and heritage of the Flinders Ranges. Our team is passionate about hospitality, sustainability and sharing the spectacular beauty of the outback with visitors from around the world. If you’re looking for a career that combines stunning landscapes, a supportive work environment and the chance to make a real impact, you’ve come to the right place.
