Render is sprayed, sealing the bales inside and out.

The window frames and roof are protected from the render spraying machine.
The walls go up

The walls are finished in a couple of days. Stacking the walls with whole bales was quick and easy. Blocking around the doors and windows with customized bale sections took longer.

The roof went on and the timber boxing installed ready for the straw bale outer walls to be fixed.
