At Rawnsley Park Station, your stay can be as active or as relaxed as you like.  We are perfectly situated for exploring the Flinders Ranges National Park, and the region's most well-known landmark, Wilpena Pound, is on our doorstep.  The service town of Hawker, home to heritage buildings, banking, hospital and several galleries, is a 20-minute drive away while, further south, the town of Quorn is home to the Pichi Richi steam railway.

Four-wheel drive tours, scenic flights, horseriding treks and mountain bike hire are all available from Rawnsley Park Station.  And we have a network of excellent bushwalking trails, suitable for beginners through to experienced walkers, located on the property.

If relaxation is more your thing, you can take a dip in our swimming pool, enjoy a leisurely meal at the Woolshed Restaurant or gather your friends around a camp bonfire.

Please note: There is no mobile phone reception at Rawnsley Park Station (except "Next G" or "3G" phones), however mobiles can be used in Hawker, 30-kilometres south.  An internet kioskis available at the Caravan Park shop, wireless internet is available from the shop and at the Eco-Villas and soon from all holiday cabins, and a public phone is located near reception and at the Caravan Park.

Unsere Lage ist perfekt gelegen um den Flinders Ranges Nationalpark zu entdecken und die bekannteste Landmarke der Region den Wilpena Pound ist so zu sagen auf ihrer Türschwelle. Die Stadt Hawker bietet alte historische Gebäude, Bank, Spital und Galerien und ist in ca. 20 Minuten Fahrt zu erreichen, während die Stadt Quorn, Sitz der Pichi Richi Dampfbahn ist.

Es sind 4x4 Touren, Rundflüge, Pferde Ausritte und Fahrradmiete verfügbar auf der Rawnsley Park Station. Auch haben wir ein ausgezeichnetes Netzwerk von Buschwanderungs-Pfaden auf dem Besitz,  passend für Anfänger bis hin zu erfahrenen Wanderer. Wenn Sie lieber entspannen möchten, tauchen Sie ein in unser Schwimmbecken, geniessen Sie ein feines Essen im Woolshed Restaurant oder treffen Sie ihre Freunde rund um ein Lagerfeuer.

Bitte beachten Sie: Es hat keinen Mobiltelefon-Empfang auf der Rawnsley Park Station (ausgenommen CDMA Telefon). Mobiltelefone können in Hawker benutzt werden, 30 Kilometer südlich. Internetzugang ist im Shop des Campingplatzes verfügbar und eine öffentliche Telefonkabine ist nahe der Rezeption zu finden.

Si vous préférez de vous détendre, allez nager au swiming pool, veuillez goûter un repas délicat dans le Woolshed Restaurant ou allez vous reunir avec des amis autour d’un feu de bivouac.
