Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Rawnsley Park Station, Flinders Ranges Way, Hawker, South Australia ("the Promoter").

2. Competition Period

The competition commences on September 10, 2026, and closes on October 4, 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
  • Employees of Rawnsley Park Station and any agencies associated with the promotion, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
  • By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

4. How to Enter

To receive one (1) entry into the prize draw, entrants must:

1.        Follow the official Rawnsley Park Station Facebook or Instagram account.

2.        Like the competition post.

3.        Comment on the competition post answering the question: Who would you bring to experience the Oasis Eco‑Villas?

Bonus Entry: Entrants may receive one (1) additional entry by subscribing to the Rawnsley Park Station e-newsletter during the competition period.

5. Entry Conditions

  • Entrants must be following the Rawnsley Park Station social media account used for entry at the time the winner is drawn.
  • Multiple comments are permitted; however, only one standard entry per person will be counted.
  • Entrants must remain subscribed to the newsletter at the time of the draw to retain eligibility for their bonus entry.
  • Only one bonus newsletter entry is permitted per person.
  • Automated, incomplete, fraudulent or duplicate entries may be deemed invalid.

6. Prize

One winner will receive: 

  • Two (2) consecutive nights' accommodation for two guests in a One-Bedroom Oasis Eco‑Villa at Rawnsley Park Station.
  • Continental breakfast hamper
  • Bottle of Clare Valley sparkling wine
  • Guided Sunset on the Chase 4WD Experience for two people.
  • Dinner for two at the Woolshed Restaurant to the value of $200.

The total prize value is approximately AU$2300.00

7. Prize Conditions

  • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
  • Any portion of the prize not redeemed, used or accepted by the winner and their guest will be forfeited and will not be refunded, exchanged, transferred or substituted for cash or any other product or service.
  • Travel to and from Rawnsley Park Station is not included.
  • Any additional meals, beverages, activities or incidental expenses not specifically listed are the responsibility of the winner.
  • The prize is subject to availability.
  • Components of the prize may be substituted with a comparable experience should circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make any component unavailable.
  • The winner and guest must comply with any booking conditions relevant to accommodation and tour operators.

8. Prize Redemption

  • The prize must be redeemed and completed by October 31, 2027, unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter.
  • Black-out periods apply, including public holidays, school holidays and special event periods.
    • Current black-out dates: March 26 – 29, 2027, June 11-14, 2027, September 25 – October 10, 2027 
  • Booking is subject to availability.

9. Winner Selection

  • The winner will be selected via a random draw conducted by Rawnsley Park Station on Tuesday, October 5, 2026.
  • The winner will be notified via direct message and / or email within seven (7) days of the draw.
  • The winner's name may be published on Rawnsley Park Station's website and social media channels.

10. Unclaimed Prize

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected through this promotion will be used solely for administering the competition and, where consent has been provided, for marketing communications from Rawnsley Park Station.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries.
  • Technical disruptions, network failures or platform outages.
  • Any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with participation in the promotion or use of the prize.

13. Social Media Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta. Entrants provide their information to Rawnsley Park Station and not to Facebook, Instagram or Meta.

14. General

The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances arise that are beyond its reasonable control.

The Promoter's decision regarding all aspects of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
